Question: re Wand of Magic Missiles

The damage-dealing power of the Mage Spell: Magic Missile varies with the level of the caster of the spell. I notice that using Wands of Magic Missile is not restricted to Mages. How, then, does the damage-dealing get allotted.

Would a Level 4 NPC deal more damage using that wand, even though a Fighter [Khalid, for example] than my 2-2-3 Fighter-Mage-Thief protagonist?

    Nope.

The Wand just pops out one missile, the spell gives an increasing number of missiles depending on character level.

Each individual missile does standard damage at any level.

To elaborate, wands don't depend on the user's level in any way. The wand of magic missile happens to use the version that only fires one missile, dealing 1d4+1 damage.

    {tY)

If I am at all a completionist, it manifests more in yearning for a complete database rather than in maxing out all the in-game possibilities.

It may only shoot out one missle but it is very useful for disrupting mages when they are casting spells
