Need help for my Home Brew D&D: Bhaal in 3.0/3.5

So for my homebrew I've created m own pantheon by taking gods from various settings and even other games and smashing them together into a new sort of Frankenstein pantheon. But i'm missing some good old fashioned, undead loving, crazy, classy evil. Then I replayed BG after so many years and got inspired to bring Bhaal into my world, the thing is as far as i know he's been dead burried and discontinued ((much like AD&D ~sigh~)) and they never thought to update him for 3.0/3.5 unless it occurred in a dragon magazine issue and i missed it. so my question is, how should i roll up Bhaal for my home brew? Any suggestions?

oh and before I forget...no i will not substitute him with Cyric. Cyric is a whiny little punk who got in a lucky shot. :P
