    Some of the dark elf warriors in Upper Dorn's Deep wear full plate mail, if I recall correctly.

    I searched the game data files with NearInfinity, and it only found two locations for non-magical Full Plate Mail (OHFULLP):
    • one is carried by Flozem in Marketh's Palace in Lower Dorn's Deep
    • one is sold by Tiernon in Gloomfrost [HoW]
    (That's on a modded installation, although I don't think any of the installed mods would affect this.)

    Scratch that. They're wearing enchanted plate mail. I'm going to sit in corner and wear my dunce hat, now. Listen to @ineth, for he is wise.
