Well, well. It seems that for those of you who are wondering why quests or dialogue for the new NPCs are not coming up the issue is: LOCATION!

For Dorn to find Kyrrlla you have to go south of the area where the Tombs and Slime Wizard are. to find Simmeon you have to cross the Wyrm Crossing Bridge into Baldur's Gate and once you have cross the river just head north.
For Neera a very interesting...conversation...you have to go northwest of the Ducal Palace Castle and South of the Temple of Helm in the area. I suggest you put your volume to Max.
For Rasaad enter into the Harbor District and his quest chain will FINALLY begin.
