I love Neera.
I think Beamdog is a great company.
Once there was a time when transphobes and #ggers overran the forums, and there were people who thanked me for fighting back against them. I love them. I hold the fact I did something worthwhile for them close to my heart.
I do not have it in me to do this anymore. I can't shrug off things I once would have. That's not anyone's fault. It just is what it is.
I'm not a big part of the forums and won't be missed. If someone remembers something I said fondly, I'm glad for that.
But I do want to say that there never a point where my words were not genuine.
Goodbye, all. I'm not deluded about how few might ever see this, but for those that do and those who don't alike: I wish you nothing but the best. Take care of yourselves.

Okay, but I will decline to join in your admiration for how much the Khmer Rouge managed to get done. It was certainly impressive, in a way. But not admirable. (View Post)2 -
Re: The Politics Thread
Maybe the conversation will get back on gun control, which will likely dispel any doubts on that. :) In seriousness, this is why "left vs. right" is a false dichotomy. An enormous amount mo… (View Post)3
