I love Neera.
I think Beamdog is a great company.
Once there was a time when transphobes and #ggers overran the forums, and there were people who thanked me for fighting back against them. I love them. I hold the fact I did something worthwhile for them close to my heart.
I do not have it in me to do this anymore. I can't shrug off things I once would have. That's not anyone's fault. It just is what it is.
I'm not a big part of the forums and won't be missed. If someone remembers something I said fondly, I'm glad for that.
But I do want to say that there never a point where my words were not genuine.
Goodbye, all. I'm not deluded about how few might ever see this, but for those that do and those who don't alike: I wish you nothing but the best. Take care of yourselves.

Re: Why JRPG fans hate Western RPGs?
That's probably true, albeit it would require a lot of squabbling over what constitutes human and human-centred. Maybe. But even if it is, is that particularly surprising or unusual? We are humans, a… (View Post)1 -
Re: #ConfessionsofaGreyWarden/ChampionofKirkwall/Inquisitor
Actually, what I was referring to was statistical evidence of exactly how often free mages are possessed (and how successful Chantry practices were at preventing this or stopping the possessed mage),… (View Post)3
