That's SCS. You can change it by editing stratagems/stratagems.ini (replace hot_key_E=E with hot_key_E=[something else]) but you'll need to reinstall SCS. (View Post)

I've lost track of when the BG1 and BG2 spellcaster code got completely merged. It might have been quite recently, in which case you wouldn't have seen >L6 spells in BG1. (View Post)
