I haven't done Neera's yet, but I can confirm that you are done with the others to the best of my knowledge. Also Dorn was always Neutral Evil. (View Post)

He needs to be level 12 or higher to trigger his next quest, some people have it bugged, though. (I didn't, but Hexxat bugged on my instead, as has Neera). (View Post)
