Ha ha! Decided to try out a Asheron’s Call emulator that someone is hosting. First thing is to make a character. Hmm… Sat racking my brain for 20 minutes as I tried to remember how things worked in that game. It’s been a very long time…
Finally decided to just jump in with a Life mage. Surely it will all come back to me as I start playing. Hubby, myself, my son, along with several friends all played that game for years.
As the old familiar portal sounds began to spin me in, I was flooded with sweet nostalgia. Yeah what fun!
Hit the ground just in time to see a popup message:
Server shutting down for an update.
Sigh…

The BG1NPC Project mod allows the player to send many of the NPCs to the Friendly Arms. Dialogue options are provided when the PC reforms their party. That way you can return to the Arms and pick the… (View Post)2 -
