Do you have the "Siege of Dragonspear" expansion as well? In that case you have to run either DLC Merger or modmerge first before you can install any mods. (View Post)2 -

Afaik, Animate Dead was always available to good clerics, even in classic BG2. Not sure about Cause Serious Wounds, but I remember Harm being available to good clerics too. (View Post)2
