Btw, there is no harm in running DLCMerger even on an already merged game. If the mod detects that there is nothing to merge it will simply abort the operation with a short message. (View Post)2 -

It's a harmless message from the CLONE_EFFECT function. It merely indicates that an effect isn't applied to a spell (probably because it was already added by another mod). (View Post)2
