In BG I use all the tomes on the PC as the only character that can carry them forward. But in BG2, I apply increases to whichever character can most benefit. (View Post)

That was a joke. Officially in 2E, levels are capped at 20. A supplemental book allowed for higher levels, but that was ALL optional material and came along years after the core rules. (View Post)
