I am the Admin, Founder, and Lead Builder for Argentum Regio (AR) a feature-rich NWN and NWN:EE server intended as a sandbox for DM'd and DMless adventuring both solo and in parties. the preview window doesn't work in the toolset since i recently purchased the game.
technical support has told me that they will just refund the game rather than fix the issue.
i'm a bit disappointed, because i has assumed they could just fix the preview window so that i could keep and use the game. my heart had been set on building a module with areas, but i can't see the what the tiles look like without a preview window. i guess there is no technical support for this game. if a technical support issue arises, then a refund is the only option.
how do you deal with technical support issues? do you tell people to just get a refund?
