    parameter1 is the IDS target, so overwriting it with the string number makes the item unusable, the proper field is special, so:

	LPF ALTER_EFFECT
	INT_VAR
	check_globals = 1
	check_headers = 1
	match_opcode = 319
	special = RESOLVE_STR_REF (~Undead~)
END
    should do it. :)

      thanks. I am going to update Will, but I may need a moment. I also have another fix from Artemius. The problem is that I have lots of stuff on my plate. But will get there in few more bites.
