You can buy and get as normal loot lots of level 7 and 8 scrolls in SoA, level 6 is more into the random loot and buy category. (View Post)

You can get Spell Trigger in SoA but only as random loot, and this is the only scroll (besides Spell Shield, but that one is level 5) that you can only get as random loot (in SoA). (View Post)
