You can just use CTRL+Q (while your cursor is overtop of him) to add him to your party. He doesn't have much in the way of dialogue so it probably won't cause an issue. (View Post)

They aren't immune to normal weapons. They are however 100% resistant to missile attacks. I'm using a normal long sword in this screenshot. (View Post)
