I am using improved movement speed outside of combat from CDtweaks and having a weird problem.
The mod works flawlessly on Black Pits and SoD, but in the standard game, the haste ability is not added to characters. Strangely, some new start PC's have the added speed outside of combat on new game but others don't (thief).
I have had no other problems whatsoever with my mods so far. This is my mod list in case it helps:
