I've been role playing AD&D since the 80s. I've been skeptical of trying CRPGs. I tried Curse of the Azure Bonds from SSI in the early 90s, but it didn't feel right. So, I checked out of the CRPGs until recently. I'm actually quite impressed and bought all of the Baldur's Gate titles, Neverwinter Nights, and Icewind Dales.
