Thank you again and to GOG for having the sense of unlocking these for people that paid for the content. How about it Beamdog? Let's get with it, please.
Edit: I just ran the Premium Modules Re-installer on my GOG version, but they still appear to be encrypted. Has anyone actually been able to open and mod these in the toolset of any version? More specifically, I'm still hoping to hear how I can access all of the content of the $40 EE version that many of us have now paid multiple times for.
Updating the OCs henchmen to uniform patch level is something that I rather expect in an enhanced edition. Giving full control might be out of the question, but all of the OCs and premium modules should, at least, be up to date with henchmen inventory control, buffing options, and some of the other very basic updates that Bioware never had the sense to include. I'm really hoping that Beamdog doesn't drop the ball here, too.
Bioware really dropped the ball in never updating the OCs to their current patch levels. Beamdog, at least, has had the sense to update BG and get the Infinity games all up to par. It's still very early, but I have confidence they'll get around to patching the OCs to uniform levels, too. I don't think that most of us are asking for new and original content here, but just keeping the OCs up to date with what is already there.
I'm not sure if it's a bug or intended, so posting here. In the OC, the courtesan in the City Core will beg from the player. If the player gives 100 gold, they are rewarded with a seven point shift towards good alignment. The player can repeat this as long as they have 100 gold. I'm guessing that this should probably be a one time thing.
