Monk and Blackgaurd stronghold rework?

would it be possible Monk and Blackgaurd stronghold rework? And by that i mean two completely new strongholds for those classes? the fighter stronghold does't really seem to fit them very well. like perhaps the monk could join a monk order based on alignment (Sun soul for good, Old order for neutral, and Dark Moon for evil) and slowly work their way up to being the abbot/abbess. And for the Blackgaurd, forming and leading a cult devoted to your patron?
