Seeking Extra Assignable Keys (PC)

Greetings, all!
The original Baldur's Gate II had the ability to use Control+KEY when keymapping. I'd like that back.
Also, I'd like to be able to do things Neverwinter Nights style, with Control, Shift, or/and Alt+KEY as all mappable. That allows me to bind every spell I know to a key for quick access.
This may be moddable, and if such a mod exists for BG2EE, please direct me to it!
