HIPS for the Assassin Kit

Hail humans. I will openly admit that I've already posted a similar thread in general modding, but its not getting many hits. I thought perhaps this would be a more appropriate category. I have been attempting to give my assassin HIPS using EEKeeper. I copied and pasted the "stealth skill" affect from the SD class and nothing. I have changed resource values and parameters to no avail. I was wondering if anyone could pass on the knowledge of how to give an assassin HIPS, if it's hardcoded and cannot be given to a class outside of shadowdancer, or if there is a mod out there that grants the assassin HIPS at level 8 or some such as it has in NWN. Any insight or information is greatly appreciated. My thanks in advance.
