Allow special abilities to be placed in the quick spell casting slots

Considering that abilities like the druids shapechange, the berserkers enrage, and the blades spins all have SPL files and seem to be treated similar to arcane and divine spells, I was wondering if it would be possible to include them as options to pick when you are selecting your quick casting slots. I know when I'm playing a dragon disciple I often forget I even have a breath ability because its tucked away.

Figured I'd throw this out there.
