Scrolling with Mouse Wheel in Memorized Spells List

Hi,

I would like to request for a GUI improvement feature. It would be nice to be able to scroll through the spells list for casting a spell, or selecting a spell for Nahal's Reckless Dweomer. As it is now, the mouse wheel modifies the main window where the feedback is located (sorry, what was that window called again?) It really is a bother when you have many spells memorized and have to click to the right button until you reach to the 9th level spells for example.
