[Known] Gamaz death doesn't trigger final monologue

*Observed*
When Gamaz dies - nothing happens.

*Expected*
When Gamaz dies - dialog should appear ("I am... sorry... brother..."), and "The enemies of my friend" journal entry should be closed

*Note*
There is workaround: talk to Rasaad manually. He only say "Gamaz!" but quest finishes.
Gamaz may need a minhp1 item.

1) Enter Cloud Peaks final area
2) Finish dialog with Gamaz
3) Kill Gamaz (and all monks)

*Observed*
When Gamaz dies - nothing happens. Dialog doesn't start, journal not updating, therefore quest cannot be finished.

*Expected*
When Gamaz dies - dialog appears ("I am... sorry... brother...")

*Note*
There is workaround: talk to Rasaad manually. He only say "Gamaz!" but quest finishes.
