#17271 Improved Chaos Shield spell and description should match

1. Start a new ToB game with a Wild Mage.
2. Open the wizard spell book and add Improved Chaos Shield to the list of memorized level 7 spells.
3. Rest.
4. Cast Improved Chaos Shield.

Observed: The Improved Chaos Shield lasts 600 seconds (2 in-game hours).

Expected: As per the spell's description, the Improved Chaos Shield should last 120 seconds (2 turns).

From the description of Improved Chaos Shield (SPWI723.spl): "Duration: 2 turns".
Either the spell or the description needs to be altered depending on what is intended.

The same bug also exists in BG:EE v1.3.

    2 hours? that's a lot for booster, definitely 2 min
