#17463 Mazzy's Haste ability should not use the description of the wizard spell

Mazzy's Haste ability (SPIN828.spl) uses the description of the wizard spell (SPWI305.spl). The description states:

- "Range: 15 ft."
- "Area of Effect: 30-ft. radius"

However, her ability is different from the wizard spell in that it can only be cast on herself and it does not affect party members in her vicinity. Mazzy's ability should therefore receive a matching description that reflects this behavior.
