#17464 Jan's Create Bruiser Mates ability should have a description

1. Start a new ToB game.
2. C:CreateCreature("jan12").
3. Ctrl-Q to add Jan to the party.
4. Right-click Jan's special ability ("Create Bruiser Mates").
Observed: You see a blank screen.
Expected: You should see a description that states what the ability does.
Jan's special ability (SPIN829.spl) has no description assigned. It should receive a matching description.
