Mod install order

Greetings,
I have not reinstalled mods in a few years and not since before 2.6. I have changed computers and need to do a total reinstall. Here is the list, advice very welcome:
1. Tweaks Anthology
2. SCS
3. Rogue Rebalancing (items and encounters)
4. Assassinations
5. Song and Silence (items only)
I do not remember at all what goes first or where!
I plan to install BGEE, SoD, and BG2EE.

As I understand, adventure, item and kit mods first (1-3), game changes next (Tweaks), and SCS last.
This order seems to have worked, and anyway I realize I am running a low mod game (for now). I have not touched my game I think since a few patches ago, so dusting off the old mod installation skills took a little practice!
