Can't log into support

in Beamdog Client
Hi,

I need to change the email address on my account. I can log into the client and the website just fine, but when I try to log into the support to request the change it won't give me access.

If the change email is somewhere in the account that I am not seeing please point me to it, all I saw was change password.

If not and I need support please shoot me an email
