#13179 Freedom from imprisonment should not change character properties

edited May 2015 in BGII:EE Bugs (v1.3.2064)
This was reproduced on the non-modded BG2EE 1.3 on Mac OS X, bought at Beamdog's. Various people with the same version of the game but on different platforms confirmed that this happens.

Steps to reproduce
1) create a party of multiple characters via multiplayer game
2) transfer the saves into the single player savegame folder
3) summon a demilich creature ("demilich") via console, allow him to imprison one of the characters
4) destroy the creature and freedom the character back into the party

Observed
When such a character rejoins his innate abilities gained via CLAB*.2da files are doubled.

Notes
Confirmed for the following classes: Barbarian and Dwarven Defender (physical damage resistance becomes 40% instead of 20%), Cavalier (resistance to fire and cold becomes 40% instead 20%; some players managed to receive a tripling effect), Kensai and Swashbuckler (bonuses to thac0 and to-hit rolls, Kensai's +8 might become +16 and so on).

This was not reproduced with any of the in-game joinable NPCs. However I do suspect that if a modder were to add a character with the kit such as Barbarian the bug might still occur. This was not tested specifically, however.
