#15537 Spell Trap should refresh 9th level spells

When I cast 9th level spells at a character with Spell Trap, the effect of the spells is negated as expected and the Spell Trap ends after the appropriate amount of spells has been absorbed, but no spell slots of either 9th level or lower are restored (if the spell to be restored is in the quick bar, it is shown as restored there, but is not castable or shown as castable in the spell book).

Spell Trap works as expected with level 7 and 8 spells (haven't tested lower levels).

Tested with Project Image and Simulacrum, using Imprisonment, Energy Drain, Bigby's Crushing Hand and Power Word Kill (both regular and as scrolls).

This Bug is new, in 1.2 Spell Trap worked correctly with 9th level spells.
