Human Flesh Armor no longer disables spells

For years it has always really bothered me that my Chaotic Evil F/Ms and F/M/Ts couldn't wear the Human Flesh Armor. Finally, I have edited the item file of the +5 Human Flesh Armor only to permit spell casting while equipped. I am uploading the modified item file here - all you should have to do is plop it in your override directory. I'm planning on using it for my solo F/M/T runthrough as something other than the Robe of Vecna for a change.

No promises - I'm not supporting this in any way. I just thought it would be nice for some people to have.
