Item changes for Defender of Easthaven and Blue Dragon Plate

The thing I don't like about DoE is how overpowered it is for an item you can buy, so I made some changes to it. In addition, I changed the Blue Dragon Plate as I felt it was underpowered for such a late game item, and I never used it. I've effectively switched the damage resistance from the DoE to the Blue Dragon Plate, compensating the Flail with an extra point of AC. Additionally, I've decreased the AC of the Plate to -2. I've attached the 2 files, unfortunately the changes won't show up in the item descriptions without an edited dialogue.tlk. Can I just upload mine or will it not work since I have other mods installed?
