Mod/Tweak to Allow Monk to Wear Keldorn's Armor

I'm guessing that EE has removed the "bug" that allows a monk with the right stats to wear Keldorn's armor (which, I don't really see as a bug, or in need of fixing - it's not imbalancing). Rant aside, anyone know if there is an easy tweak/workaround for this?
