[Mod] Illumisfhityroc, an alien in BGEE (and IWDEE)

Illumisfhityroc is a purple alien located in Beregost (and later in BG's central square when you have access to the city) that offers, for 200 gold coins and 1000 xp (yes, it costs xp), to create an item+4 that lasts two days (five in IWDEE).

Expensive ? Items are +4 and worth it.
