Steam Workshop: How to get it to install into correct folders?

It's currently making a mess of things and installing mods into mirror or clone folders that are buried in the Steam folder. Instead, I want it to install in the My Documents folder where mods normally go. Can anyone tell me how to direct Steam Workshop to use the correct path, please?

    That's a part of the steam workshop as far as I'm aware and can't really be changed, you could open such up and manually move the files across and unsubscribe from the workshop probably or download the mod/hak/override from the Neverwinter Vault (still my preferred means of acquiring such) if the user uploaded such there as well (alot of steamwork shop entries that I've looked at generally have an external link to their neverwinter vault entry as well, not all but quite a fair number of them).
