Character models yellow

in Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition
I'm inside the Iron Throne and all my characters as well as the NPCs are in this weird yellow shade. I didn't notice this in a previous visit. Does it look like this for everyone? Is it just the lighting? Once I leave the building the colors go back to normal.
