Garrick - Tales of a Troubadour

I've just discovered that I have this mod installed and so far I love the content - Garrick's interactions with Firebead Elvenhair and Tenya have been great.

One problem I've found is Tenya's request that I rescue the mermaid/sirine Larriaz; I can't find any way to save her. Every dialog path leads to combat, so I had her follow me across the map and then brought her to the temple of umberlee, where Tenya just tells me to hurry. Even charming and having her friendly in the temple isn't enough. Is there another path I'm missing or do I have to fail this quest to advance the tales of a troubadour plot line?

    Been going through the dialogue and it looks to me like there isn't, although if I had had Garrick in party when I met with Sil I may have got some other dialogue option (but still no way to save the mermaid/sirine).
