[bg1] composite bow strength requirements

OBSERVED:
BOW01 (composite longbow)- 18
BOW02 (composite longbow +1) - 8
BOW16 (composite longbow +2) - 18

ToB had BOW02 at 18, so this settled the question.

EXPECTED:
Set the strength requirement of BOW02 to 18.

For convenience, modified file attached (i just changed one field)
