Do damage bonuses from weapon grandmastery and being kensai get multiplied by backstab.

I'm going to roll a fighter/thief or kensai->thief that focuses on backstab.
If the answers for both are yes then I'm rolling kensai->thief.
Also damage from ki is also multiplied by backstab rigth?

Thank you in advance.

    All damage is rolled first, then multiplied.

    I think it works something like this (from C.Lee's guide for thieves)
    BSD = ((WR + WDB + WPB + WSB + CB) * BSM) + SDB

    where:

    BSD = total backstab damage

    WR = weapon roll (e.g., 1 to 6 for a short sword- max for kai ability)
    WDB = weapon damage bonus (e.g. 4 for a +4 sword)
    WPB = weapon proficiency bonus (i.e., damage bonus from
    specialization)
    WSB = weapon style bonus (i.e., bonus damage from weapon style)
    CB = class bonus (i.e., any +DMG from class/kit; example kensai)
    BSM = backstab modifier

    SDB = strength damage bonus

    yup, the kensai bonus is multiplied, Str bonus is not, Kai works by just maxing your dice damage roll for whatever weapon you are using, so yes that's also a key part for Ken-stabs if you want to max every hit. Spec bonus from being GM also get multiplied. Use Any Item also gets rid of all the pesky item restrictions once you unlock it, even the Kensai ones, you can even cast spells using scrolls if you wish haha.
