My mini-mod for a far less annoying Neera / Barad Ding cat quest

This little side quest is incredibly annoying. This revised cat's script:
- Prevents cats from leaving your inventory once they're in there. Only have to catch each one once.
- When a cat sees a PC (i.e. PC is within visual range and is not invisible), the cat will now sit there and meow very loudly until you either give it food, or you leave its sight.
- Otherwise, the cats wander around randomly as before.
Just unzip these files into your /override directory. Let me know if there's a better place to post this.
