Avoid flag traps from group members

Hi, I am a clerig with low score in disable trap, but I can flag trap, the problem is that my NPC company is activating always the trap after it is flagged. How works "flag trap"?

    Flag trap shows the location of the trap to other player party members, so they know to avoid it.

    Companions aren't bright enough to avoid flagged traps, so order them to stand their ground (radial menu), move to a new position which is in a straight line from the companion that avoids the trap, then order them to follow.

    Or, tell them to stand their ground, trigger the trap yourself, and rest if you survive.

    Trapped containers can often be destroyed by missiles or spells without setting off the trap or damaging the contents.

    Ok, thank you, but I think it's a bug of the game, the developers can note this issue.
