Minor Bug: Akulatraxas and the Hill Giant Chieftain's head

Not that it matters, but in the Green Dragon Cave of Akulatraxas, before doing anything else I opened some Remains behind the dragon. To my surprise, there was a Hill Giant Chieftain's head in it, so completing that quest with the dragon was easier than intended!

Maybe a debug item someone left there? Or faulty random loot?

    I encountered that, also. It confused me, but I didn't mind the easy xp.
