HOTU: Three Guardians 3rd statue is stuck

So I rolled into the 3 kings room and was messing around. Anyway, I figured out what to do and I got 2 of them pointing toward the door. However, the 3rd one doesn't move and the lever that is supposed to free it doesn't seem to be switching. I'm kind of stuck here. Not sure what to do

Any ideas?

    had to go back to an autosave. lost half an hour, now I remember why I manually saved every 5 minutes
