Losing the guild because Joster doesn't spawn

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
I'm supposed to pay my Thieves' Guild dues, but Joster never shows up to pay them to. After enough time goes by I lose the guild anyway. I'd like to try to force him to spawn with the console, but I don't know his code. Does anyone here know it?
