A question bout getting head......

When making a character for the first time i choose a hood and mask piece that covered my mouth.....
Now im trying to design a new character and i can only find the hood but no mouth piece......what am i doing wrong?

    Ok after further thinking and experimenting i have discovered that different races give different head options.
    Now back to the game i go on my xbox.
