Does the Spell "Wraithform" Protect Against Wolfweres?

Hello, all.

Wraithform's description states that it provides protection against normal weapons; however, the wolfweres of TotSC's mysterious island seem to be able to bypass it.

I checked the PnP Monstrous Manual, and I didn't see any mention of a wolfwere's attacks being treated as enchanted. Is there a rule I'm forgetting somewhere?

    in bgee the fisticuffs of werewolves/wolfweres are considered +1 weapons, while the greater versions are considered +3 weapons ( although one of the greater werewolves was considered +1 )

    so that is why they are able to bypass wraithform
