Where is Ninde?

in BGII:EE Mods
I am finding that the links to several of the NPC mods no longer work. So I can't read the HTML read me to get info. One of these is Ninde. Does anybody remember where you can find her?

    Omg is it supposed to be AFTER the whole rescuing Imoen hustle?? I just ruined my whole game by re-installing all the mods in-game and all because I could not make Ninde spawn when I was on Aran Linwail's quest! Bugger..... !!!

    she appears in the lair during the end of chapter 3.
