Trouble with toolset opening

I recently got NWN EE on Steam and tried using the toolset but every time I try to open it I am prompted with the error message "Could not create 3D preview window. Please check that you are running the latest drivers for your video card."

I am running Windows 10 with an Intel HD 3000 graphics card. Any way to resolve this issue?

    I have the exactly same issue, also with Win 10 and Intel HD 3000 graphics card.
